Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field
Experience: 3 years in fashion design, preferably in softline retail (e.g., apparel)
Trend Expertise: Proven track record in market and trend research
Skills & Competencies
Design Skills: Proficient in 3D design tools and prototyping processes
Material Knowledge: Strong understanding of fabrics, prints, and trims
Collaboration: Good communication to work with Category Managers and suppliers
Analytical Thinking: Ability to compare samples based on cost and quality.
